Kriging with external Drift

Thanks for the response.
How can I generate the variogram of the residuals?
I have well depths in one .eas file (about 80 wells), and the seismic
depths in another .eas file (about 106k shotpoints).


Can you suggest how to merge the two files knowing that they don't have the
same locations?


 Really appreciate your help.
