Gstat 2.3.6 Win32/Cygwin binary; includes grass5

John Huddleston just sent me a fresh (2.3.6) binary of gstat
for Win32/Cygwin with grass5 and netcdf support, see message below.

I added it to the download area of http://www.gstat.org/
