gstat user's manual now in PDF

I've been tweeking a little with pdflatex and the
hyperref package, and created a PDF version of the
gstat user's manual (2.1.0) -- it's at:

 http://pangea.stanford.edu/~edzer/gstat.pdf

The nice thing about it is that it is fully linked:
table of contents, keyword refs, even URL hyperlinks work
when you let Adobe's free PDF reader know where netscape
resides. All graphics are in vector format (epstopdf);
there's no index (but, hey, this thing is searchable!),
and I does not include the example section.

I noticed that internal links point you to the start
of the right section, not necessarily to the right page.
