Well, maybe there are some other reasons for your problem as well, but
some things I'd mention is:
you have min=1 in your data file. That means in the worst case gstat
will try to fit a trend having just one value to do it -> this is a
singular problem.
You should check your search radius (is 125m enough to get reasonable
number of samples?).
Zero=0.001 means "average values that are closer then 0.001m" , this
could be also not enough, if you have some profile points falling
apart at 1-2m (for instance).
