GSTAT 2.0g under Windows NT 4.0 w/Svc Pack 3.0??

Greetings,

I've been able to get GSTAT v. 2.0g working (from the command-line)
successfully under a dos prompt in Windows 95, but not under Windows NT
4.0 w/Svc Pack 3.0. I get a Dr. Watson during every running of the
software. I've tried it on 3 different machines and processors. When
variograms are indicated, the process seems to run until about 64% and
then crashes, without variograms, 2-45% and then crashes. However, under
a PII 266 with Windows 95 running, there doesn't seem to be a problem,
although it is somewhat slow, 37.25 minutes per kriging run (using 280
pts requesting a matrix of 1461 x 1140.. Does anyone have any
suggestions how we might be able to get this functioning under NT,
and/or how one might be able to speed up the process? I do have a DOS
partition on a PII 180MHz platform. Might I be able to speed up the
process by running GSTAT under native DOS, as opposed to a Window?
Thanks much.
