Bugs in 2.3.0

• loading pre-calculated variograms, using

  data(something): dummy;
  variogram(something): 'something.est';
  

  does not work correctly -- try to use the full data definition (for the moment).
• saved variogram estimates using user-specified lag boundaries are not read back correctly
• .e00 edges files are not read correctly
• Progress report in the variogram modelling user interface easily overflows (leading to negative percent done statements)

• Fitting power variogram models does not work
• variograms are written twice from user interface ('c')
